Based in the Crestview area, Katie serves Crestview, Niceville, Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Shalimar, Baker, Laurel Hill, Milton, Pensacola, Freeport, DeFuniak Springs, and surrounding Northwest Florida communities. Katie has extensive experience working with military relocation and PCS moves, VA buyers and sellers, first-time homebuyers, new construction, investment properties, residential sales, property management, short sales, and foreclosures. Her Northwest Florida market knowledge is especially valuable to military families relocating to or from Eglin Air Force Base, Hurlburt Field, and Duke Field, as well as clients moving between Florida and the Fort Novosel area of Alabama.
